The application fee is $75 per adult, with no other fees required. We offer a quick approval process, with a decision typically within one day once the application is complete. If approved, the required move-in funds are one month’s security deposit and one month’s rent in advance. We show the property before any application or deposit is submitted, so you can see the property in person before making a decision.
